Señorita comes from Joel Gott and Charles Bieler, two lifelong friends who’ve spent their careers making some of the wine you already know and love. They built this the same way they build a great bottle: real ingredients, real craft, and a taste they’d be proud to hand you themselves. It even won a Best Beverage award the year it launched.

The 5mg is the one we made for people who’ve never done this before, or who tried something once, had a rough time, and wrote the whole thing off. It’s mellow and easygoing, and most people are surprised by how normal they feel. Clear head, good mood, edge taken off, still completely themselves.
It comes on gently, usually in about 20 to 30 minutes, so nothing sneaks up on you. If you want to ease in, pour half a can over ice and see how it hits. You can always have more.
