GIVEAWAY DESCRIPTION: The Señorita End of Summer Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored Core Growth, LLC (dba Señorita Drinks) (“Sponsor”). The Giveaway begins on September 14th, 2026, at 12:00:00 AM and ends on September 18th, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM CST (the “Giveaway Period”). The Giveaway is a sweepstakes-type promotion: winners are determined by random drawing from among all eligible entries received, no purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win, and not every entrant will receive a prize. Entry in the Giveaway does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest, sweepstakes or giveaway. By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Core Growth, LLC. (dba Señorita Drinks) 2220 Hicks Rd Ste 210 Rolling Meadows, IL 60008, which shall be final and binding in all respects. To be eligible, all entries must be received by Sponsor by 11:59:59 PM CST on September 18th, 2026. Sponsor’s clock/database shall be the official timekeeper.
ELIGIBILITY: Only legal United States residents Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and, the District of Columbia (each, an “Eligible Jurisdiction”) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry are eligible to enter. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Administrator, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Giveaway Entities”) and the immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household of each, are ineligible to enter the Giveaway or win a prize. The Giveaway is void outside of the Eligible Jurisdictions and where prohibited or restricted by law.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Giveaway, during the Giveaway Period, go to www.senoritadrinks.com/pages/senorita-end-of-summer-giveaway (the “Website”), complete the entry form with the information requested, which includes your first and last name, email address, date of birth, residence and street mailing address and telephone number, and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your entry.
All requested information must be provided to enter and to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. There is no cost to enter other than the cost of internet access or email service, which is the sole responsibility of the entrant. Proof of entering information at the Website, or of sending an email, is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry.
Each entrant must certify at the time of entry that he or she is twenty-one (21) years of age or older and resides in an Eligible Jurisdiction. Sponsor may verify the age, identity and address of any entrant or potential winner at any time and may disqualify any entrant or potential winner whose age, identity or address cannot be verified to Sponsor’s satisfaction.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, damaged, invalid, stolen, postage due or undeliverable entries. No automated entry devices, bots and/or other programs and/or software are permitted for entry. No mechanically reproduced, altered, forged, or facsimile entries will be accepted. Automated, robotic, programmed, bulk, or third-party entries are prohibited. Except as contemplated in these Official Rules, personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (see Privacy Information in these Official Rules).
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address regardless of method of entry during the Giveaway Period.
NOTE: Entry must be made by the entrant, only at the Website. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other websit, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Giveaway. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.
All entries must be received by the end of the Giveaway Period in order to participate. The Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for entries in this Giveaway. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. The Giveaway Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Giveaway. The Giveaway Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On or about September 22nd, 2026, Sponsor or its designee will randomly select One (1) potential winner(s) from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will include all eligible entries received.
Each potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone, using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within FORTY-EIGHT (48) hours of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of each prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize winner will be disqualified, and an alternate prize winner may be selected. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
PRIZE:
PRIZE: [One (1)] prize(s) is available. Each prize consists of one (1) prize packet containing at least one bottle of Senorita or 1777 hemp-derived beverage(s) (subject to compliance with state laws) and the following Senorita branded merchandise:

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is Four hundred dollars ($400). The total ARV of all prizes offered is Four hundred dollars ($400). The minimum number of prizes to be awarded is 1.
The beverage component is not available in all Eligible Jurisdictions. Where it is not available, the prize will consist of the branded merchandise only.
All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use which are not specifically included in the prize description above, including but not limited to taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
PRIZE DELIVERY AND AGE VERIFICATION: Prizes will be sent by mail or common carrier to the winner only. Each winner must supply a valid street address located in an Eligible Jurisdiction. Sponsor will not ship any prize to a P.O. box, to a mail-forwarding or freight-forwarding service, to a commercial address that is not the winner’s residence, or to any address outside of the Eligible Jurisdictions. Each winner must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and at the time of delivery and willmay be required to present valid government-issued photo identification and to provide the signature of an adult who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of delivery. If the carrier cannot complete delivery after TWO (2) attempts, or if the prize is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner or may go unawarded, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Please allow FOUR (4) TO SIX (6) weeks after verification for delivery.
PRIZE SUBJECT TO CHANGE: Sponsor willmay, in its sole discretion, remove any beverage component or other item from a prize packet and substitute merchandise or another item of equal similar, equal, or greater value if Sponsor determines that the beverage component or other item cannot lawfully be shipped to, delivered in, or possessed in the winner’s jurisdiction, or if the beverage component or other item is unavailable for any reason. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, destroyed, seized, refused or undeliverable in transit. The carrier is not an agent of Sponsor. Prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, transferred or exchanged, and each winner agrees to accept the prize for personal use only. Any attempted resale may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture without compensation of any kind. Beverage and non-beverage Items in prize packet are subject to compliance with state laws, availability and subject to change.
PRODUCT NOTICES: The prize contains hemp-derived products that are intended only for adults twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Must be 21+ to possess or consume. Keep out of reach of children and animalspets. May contain unidentified substances that are harmful or toxic. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Not for use by persons who are pregnant or nursing. Consult your doctor before use as this product may result in health risks and medication interactions. Consult your physician before using if you are pregnant or taking any medication. Use of hemp-derived beverages may impact drug testing results. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and the statements about them have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Hemp-derived products do not contain more than 0.3% total delta-9 THC.
GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: No cash alternative, transfer or prize substitutions will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of comparable or greater value if a prize listed is unavailable for any reason. Each winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. If the ARV of a prize is $600 or more, Tthe winner may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and a valid taxpayer identification number, and Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099. Any potential winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). If a winner fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents by 5:00 PM ([CST]) on the ThirdHIRD (3rd) business day following the date of prize notification (or a shorter time if required by exigencies), the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished by third parties in connection with the Giveaway. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
PRIVACY INFORMATION: Email addresses of entrants may be stored if supplied, and entrants may receive email correspondence from, or on behalf of, Sponsor subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy. Sponsor uses commercially reasonable efforts to comply with Federal CAN-SPAM guidelines, and entrants may subsequently opt out of receiving further emails by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. Entrant understands that he or she is providing their information to Sponsor. By entering the Giveaway and if randomly selected as a prize winner, each entrant acknowledges that their first name and first initial of their last name and hometown may be announced online, including on Sponsor’s social media channels, except where prohibited by law. Additionally, acceptance of any prize constitutes consent by the winner to use of his/her name, voice, picture, likeness and biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes without any additional compensation, except where prohibited. Each entrant further hereby acknowledges and agrees that if they are chosen as a winner for any prize, certain details of their identifying information may be disclosed to third parties (at least as required by law), including, without limitation, on an online page listing prize winners. Information collected from an entrant will be treated by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.senoritadrinks.com/pages/data-sharing-opt-out, and with due regard to entrant’s privacy. Entrants should be aware that Sponsor may be collecting non-public, personally identifiable information about them in connection with the operation of the Giveaway. Entrants’ information will be hosted in the United States.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Any other attempted form of entry not specified herein is prohibited; no automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. Network service for transmission of online entries may be interrupted or unavailable due to atmospheric or topographical conditions, governmental regulations or orders, or system capacity limitations. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for entry delivery or timeliness of entries.
If, for any reason, the Giveaway cannot be executed as planned, including, but not limited to, any governmental order, force majeure, social media mandate, printing, administrative or other error of any kind, transmission failure, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway, or if the Giveaway is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or terminate the Giveaway and, if terminated before the original end date, to select the winner(s) from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received through all entry methods combined as of the date and time of termination.
By accepting the prize, the winner waives the right to assert as a cost of winning said prize, any and all costs of redemption and any and all liability that might arise from redeeming or seeking said prize.
SPONSOR’S DECISIONS AS TO THE ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY AND THE SELECTION OF THE POTENTIAL WINNER ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE GIVEAWAY. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY ENTRY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED DEFECTIVE AND IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED. PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES ENTRANT’S FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
This Giveaway is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any state or federal cannabis or hemp regulatory agency. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and no purchase of any product will improve the odds of winning. The prize includes hemp-derived products of Sponsor.
RELEASES: By entering or accepting the prize (if awarded to them), entrant agrees to indemnify, release, defend and hold harmless the Giveaway Entities, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies, and the officers, directors and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability for any claims (including but not limited to third-party claims) arising from or relating to loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including, without limitation, claims alleging property damage, personal injury (including without limitation emotional distress) and/or death, publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy that may arise from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway, including but not limited to, prize winner’s Giveaway entry; use of prize winner’s name, likeness, biographical information, signature, image or likeness; prize winner’s receipt, possession, acceptance, use and/or misuse or inability to use any prize or part thereof, including without limitation the consumption of any beverage or other product included in the prize; financial claims; physical and/or emotional injury; and/or any other legal claim that may arise, whether under contract, tort, warranty or any other theory or claim.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of the prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Giveaway, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Giveaway, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any prize offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating or accepting a prize (if applicable), entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, this Giveaway or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal, state or local court located in the State of New York; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including, but not limited to, costs associated with entering this Giveaway, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) to the extent allowed by applicable law, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
GOVERNING LAW: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE GIVEAWAY SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.
WINNER’S LIST: A winner’s list may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Señorita End of Summer GIVEAWAY, Attn: Winners List, 325 W. Huron Street #700, Chicago, Illinois 60654. All such requests must be received within six (6) weeks after the end of the Giveaway Period.
CONSTRUCTION: In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Giveaway-related materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
