Yes. Señorita THC beverages use delta-9 THC which is derived from hemp. The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, known as the Farm Bill, allows states to create their own rules for hemp-derived products.

Everyone's body composition is different, but our rule of thumb, and what we've heard from consumers, is one 12oz 5mg can makes most consumers feel as if they've had a glass or a glass-and-a-half of wine.

Like alcohol, THC affects everyone differently. Start low and go slow: try 1/4 of a 5MG can, and give it 20-30 minutes. You’ll find what dose is right for you.

To place an order, you must be 21 years of age or older.

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a third-party lab report that verifies the safety and potency of our products. There are two types:

  • A full-panel COA tests for contaminants like pesticides, heavy metals, and residual solvents — giving you peace of mind about product quality.


  • A potency COA confirms the precise cannabinoid content, so you know exactly what you’re getting. This is key when choosing hemp-derived THC products.



At Señorita, our manufacturing partner posts full-panel COAs for every batch — because we believe in radical transparency and products that truly deliver. And we strongly advise: don’t trust any THC product without one.
